At Valkkai Pvt Ltd Company, we aim to provide fast, safe and reliable delivery of all alkaline farming products. Please read the policy carefully to understand our shipping timelines and the procedure for requesting a replacement in case of damaged products.


1. Shipping Policy::

Shipping Duration:

  • We ship our products across all locations in India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s geographical location.

  • However, all customers will receive their order within 10 days from the date of order placement.

Order Processing:


  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking Information:


  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp, enabling you to monitor your shipment.


2. Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy:

Important Note:


  • We do not offer refunds of paid amount, under any circumstances.

  • Only replacement of product is provided and that too only for products damaged during delivery.

Eligibility for Replacement:


A replacement will be approved only if:

  1. The product delivered is damaged.

  2. The customer reports the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  3. The customer provides clear images of the damaged product, captured from their own mobile/camera.

How to Request a Replacement:


To initiate a replacement:

  1. Email or WhatsApp us with the order number and delivery details.

  2. Attach original photographs of the damaged product as proof.

  3. Once verified, a new replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Conditions Not Eligible for Replacement:


  • Damage reported after 7 days of delivery.

  • Photographs taken from online sources or edited images, only original camera images are accepted.

  • Requests for replacement due to non-damage reasons (change of mind, no longer required, etc.).

  • Requests for refunds of any kind (unused product, dissatisfaction, wrong order placed, etc.)

Return of Damaged Product:


  • In some cases, we may ask customers to send the damaged product back to us.

  • Instructions will be provided at the time of verification (if required).
